Sign is from 1940's. Sign had come from a now defunct hotel in Lake George, NY. Was part of a bigger sign, but was cut. Still a really amazing man cave piece. It is double sided and in good condition for its age. Has some wear such as scratches, marks and light fading all detailed in pics. Sign measures 22.5"x 15".
